How We Provide Care
Rise Women’s Health Collaborative is a fee for service practice. This model allows us to spend significantly more time with each patient and offer care that isn’t restricted by insurance requirements. Unfortunately, do to strict federal regulations, we cannot provide these medical services to Medicare recipients.
Midlife Hormone Health
Initial Consultation
An initial hormone health consultation is designed for women experiencing symptoms related to perimenopause or menopause. These visits last about 60 minutes and include a thorough review of symptoms, history, and goals. When appropriate, prescription medications will be provided as a part of your care plan. We prioritize FDA‑approved hormonal and non‑hormonal therapies and use compounded medications when indicated. In line with Menopause Society guidelines, we do not prescribe or insert hormone pellets.
In‑office visits offer the most comprehensive experience, but telehealth is available when needed.
Common concerns addressed may include:
Changes in menstrual cycle patterns
Hot flashes and/or night sweats
Sleep disruption
Mood & energy changes
Brain fog
Weight or body composition
Libido & sexual health concerns
Insulin resistance
Pricing: $310 (60 mins)
Includes ongoing EHR portal messaging for at least 8 weeks after Initial visit. This does not include any additional lab or medication fees.
Midlife Hormone Health Follow up
This is where the real work takes shape. Follow‑up visits give us space to look closely at how your plan is unfolding—what’s improving, what needs adjusting, and what simply needs more time. These 30 to 45-minute appointments focus on reviewing your progress, discussing treatment options, planning any additional testing, making adjustments to prescription medications and refining your care plan so it continues to support your goals. Both in person and telehealth options are available.
These visits are only available to those who have completed an initial visit with a Rise provider.
Pricing: $205 (45 minutes), $130 (30 minutes)
Includes ongoing EHR portal messaging for at least 8 weeks after Initial visit. This does not include any additional lab or medication fees.
Patient Education
We believe informed patients make stronger health decisions. Our education visits are a warm, low-pressure way to learn about midlife health, explore your potential options, and get support that feels clear and grounded. The education focuses on the whole‑body impacts of perimenopause and menopause and typically last around 30-45 minutes, with opportunities for questions woven throughout. They are purely educational and do not include prescription medications or examinations. If you decide you'd like to become a patient with Rise, we can get you scheduled for your first medical visit, set up your patient portal, and start tackling your symptom burden. Telehealth or in person available.
